Aisling Bea

Aisling Bea is regarded as one of the most renowned and rich Comedian who was born on the 16th of March 1984. She was born in Kildare Ireland. She's appeared on QI alongside Stephen Fry. Aisling O'Sullivan, better known by the stage name Aisling Bea (born March 16, 1984), is an Irish actor, writer and stand-up comic. Bea started her stand-up career in 2011after having appeared as a guest on a variety of Irish TV shows as well as British shows since the year 2009. Bea began performing frequently on sketch comedy shows and sitcoms later in the year. She began appearing regularly on panel shows after winning an award from the Edinburgh Comedy Awards. In 2016 through 2017, she served as a captain on 8 Out of 10 Cats and a regular contestant for the sequel 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown. She was born to Brian O'Sullivan and Helen O'Sullivan and has a sister who is named Sinead. She was in 2012 the second woman to ever receive the So You Think you're Funny award. Bea is her maiden name in honor of her deceased father. Aisling Cliodhnadh O'Sullivan was born in Kildare town County Kildare on 16 March 1984. Her father Brian was a veterinarian for horses who took his own life when Bea was only three years old though she was not told what happened to him until she turned 13 years old. Her stage name Bea is a tribute to her father. She wrote an opinion piece in The Guardian, published in 2017 about her experiences dealing with suicide. Bea and her sister Sinead was raised in the home of Helen Moloney (n e Moloney) who was a jockey as well as a teacher at a secondary school. Her family were racing and horse-related. Bea began her career as a tour-guide at the Irish National Stud. However, she realized early on that racing was not for her.
